01 · Login

1. Account creation: The account required to access the SwiftProSite system is created by the system administrator. 2. Setting the username: When a new account is created, the user's email address is collected. This email address is set as the username. 3. Password management: Users do not need to remember passwords. When the username and security code are entered correctly on the login screen, the system generates a temporary password that can only be used once. This password is generated automatically and sent to the user's registered email address. The system generates a new password for every login, thereby keeping account security at the highest level.

02 · First steps

Language Selection: Users logging in to the system are automatically greeted in the language in which they want to use the panel. Thanks to its multilingual structure, SwiftProSite personalizes the user experience according to the preferred language. Accessing the Settings Section: The first action to take after logging in is to enter the “Settings” section. The system's basic configuration is carried out in this area. Mandatory Initial Settings: For the site to go live, the following sections must be completed: Site Settings, Site Information, Site Logo, Site Icon (Favicon), and Legal Information. Once these steps are completed, the system is ready for content to be added and the site to be published.

03 · Site Settings

Language Selection: The languages to be used on the site are specified. SwiftProSite provides support for a multilingual structure, and the administrator can select the languages that will be active in the system. Recommendation: To shorten the time it takes to go live, all content in the site's primary language should be completed first. Other languages can then be added individually through this panel. When all languages are selected at the same time, the site is activated only once the information in all languages has been completed. This may extend the time it takes to go live. Default Language Setting: The language the website will use when first opened is specified. This language is saved as the system's default language. Module Selection: The modules that will be actively used on the website are specified. Example modules: About Us, Products, Services, Blog, Gallery, and Custom Page. Homepage Module Display: The modules to be displayed with random data on the homepage are selected. This feature provides a dynamic homepage appearance and helps keep the content up to date. Color Settings: The website's color scheme is specified. The basic color fields that must be defined are: Primary Color, Bottom Color (Footer Color), and Cover Color (Banner Color).

04 · Site Information

General Information: The contact information to be published on behalf of a company or individual is entered in this area. Separate contact information can be added for each language. This feature allows companies with representatives in different languages to display their own contact information in each language. Social Media Links: The social media links to be displayed on the website are defined in this area. A separate social media platform or link can be added for each language. This allows social media profiles appropriate to the target audience to be displayed in each language. WhatsApp Activation: An active WhatsApp link can be used for communication. When a WhatsApp number is entered together with the country code, a WhatsApp icon automatically appears on the website. When a visitor clicks this icon, information about the page they are on is automatically transmitted and added to the message content. A separate WhatsApp number can be defined for each language.

05 · Site Logo

The logo to be used on the website is uploaded through this area. A separate logo can be defined for each language. This feature allows companies operating in different countries to use different representative logos according to the relevant language or country. It is also possible to use the same logo in all languages.

06 · Site Icon (Favicon)

The icon to be displayed for the website in the browser tab, bookmarks, or mobile shortcuts is uploaded through this area. A separate favicon can be defined for each language. This feature allows representative-specific icons to be used in different country or language versions. It is also possible to use the same favicon in all languages.

07 · Legal Information

The legal texts to be published on the website are managed through this area. Separate legal information content can be added for each language. This area is used to add a privacy policy, cookie policy, terms of use, and similar legal statements. Completing the legal information in full in each language ensures that the site is published in compliance with regulations in different countries.

08 · After publication

Your website has been successfully published. Once the publication process is complete, only the content needs to be filled in appropriately. The system continuously monitors user actions and applies an automatic checking mechanism for potential errors. When any error is detected, the system identifies the relevant field and directs the user straight to the section that needs to be corrected. Thanks to this structure, the process proceeds securely, without errors, and without interruption. Let's create your first page together.
